The Kitsap Women’s Summit is an annual half-day gathering curated for women by women.

Today, we are women from all industries and walks of life who are gathered for conversation, community, and personal and professional development. Our purpose is to amplify female voices and experiences in Greater Kitsap. Let’s go on a journey together to recognize the empowerment inherent in all of us and to build relationships for collective advocacy. The event theme is Imagine to encourage both personal growth and community impact.

MEET THE PRESENTERS

Kimberlee Williams

Kimberlee is first and foremost a humanist: a deep believer in what is possible when humanity is at the center. Her mix of authenticity and raw truth gives permission for those around her to choose progress over perfection and bring their full selves into the room. She is known for finding humor and challenge at just the right moments, and like the best of coaches, leaning in and pushing audiences just enough to believe in the potential she sees. Her approach of connection and compassion is what makes a consultation feel like a conversation with your best friend, a workshop feel like a workout with your favorite trainer, and her presentations feel like a present from your closest confidant.

Cara Wilson

Cara has 20 years of experience working as a coach with leaders in healthcare, technology, and finance for organizations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Tableau Software, Salesforce, and now in her own company, Traction Leadership.

Cara’s passion is in helping teams and leaders mature in ways that makes their work more meaningful, more productive, and more connected. She uses humor and candor to create engaging experiences, and she’s known for helping her clients get to the root of intractable problems and for making difficult conversations feel manageable. Outcomes include teams and leaders that make faster decisions and lean into (instead of avoiding) conflict as a generative process. She was diagnosed late in life as neurodivergent, and she has a special place in her heart for working with neurodivergence in the workplace.

She lives on a blueberry farm in Poulsbo, Washington with her husband and best canine pal Milo. When not working, you can find her riding mountain bikes or motorcycles, doing every puzzle in the NYT app, and working on a homestead in perpetual need of renovation.

Amber Sallay

Amber is the Director of Operations at Vibe Coworks where her focus is on cultivating a community that goes beyond traditional coworking. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel connected, engaged, and compelled to return because of the sense of belonging they experience. Her role revolves around fostering meaningful relationships and creating a “stickiness factor” that keeps members coming back to her vibrant hub.

Her journey into community development started at age 16 when she lived in Africa and Europe doing summer internships at the American Embassy in Kenya, Switzerland, and Egypt. It sparked a deep appreciation for cross-cultural connections and community support.

After relocating to Kitsap, Amber found her true passion in community development and programming. She now focuses on empowering local entrepreneurs and fostering collaboration in our area. Outside of work, you can often find her leading a spin class or enjoying outdoor activities like paddleboarding.

Tiffany Hye

Tiffany works with Catalyst Public Schools to teach principles of organizing with families and the broader community. Her professional career started as a flight attendant for American West Airlines, and became a stay-at-home mom and active volunteer when her son was born. After working for Motherread/Fatherread and Teletech, she found her purpose at Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) where she served as a clerk and a certifier.

Through her work with her church, Tiffany gets to utilize her passions for fostering connections and making impacts that last.

Aside from her professional endeavors and volunteerism, she is proud to be wife to Curtis and mother to Zion and Zephan.

Reama Schuldt

Reama is the owner of Spread Supplies, an art supply store that makes art accessible and affordable. She hosts events at her store, in her parking lot, and in the community to bring people together and promote creativity. In addition to being a professional artist herself, Reama is an advocate for sustainability, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and is actively involved in the Bremerton Rotary, Charleston Business District, Kitsap CREATE, and Leave No Trace. But across her many roles and platforms, she aims to amplify others’ voices to build a stronger community together.

When Reama is not working or creating, you can find her producing local events for Burning Man and performing in the HONK! band, Agents of Vibration.

Aljolynn Sperber

Aljolynn is a dynamic leader and storyteller with over 15 years of experience in marketing, entrepreneurship, and community advocacy. As the Executive Director of Visit Kitsap Peninsula, she brings her passion for connection and community-building to every endeavor. Aljolynn’s career highlights include spearheading campaigns for global organizations, launching a successful startup, and leveraging relationships to drive innovation.

Recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree (and 20 Under 40 honoree), she is an advocate for empowerment through collaboration and has spoken at universities, conferences, and community events. Aljolynn inspires audiences with her heartfelt stories and actionable insights, showing women how to nurture meaningful relationships to fuel their personal and professional growth.

Dee Williams

DeAndrea “Dee” Williams is a Louisiana native who now resides in Kitsap County, Washington, where she actively supports her community and church. With a diverse background shaped by experiences in both states, Dee currently serves as a Project Manager and Trauma-Informed Care Facilitator for Kitsap Strong, integrating NEAR (Neurodevelopment, Epigenetics, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Resilience) Sciences into her work. She is also a Certified Trauma Informed Ministry Facilitator, blending NEAR sciences with biblical and spiritual principles.

Dee is pursuing her master’s in Business Administration and has been married to her husband, Darren, for 18 years. She is a proud “boy mom” to three sons and a loving “Mimi” to three grandchildren. In addition, she serves on the boards of the Up from Slavery Initiative and Catalyst Public Schools, and Dee is a published author.

Lucretia Robertson

Lucretia Robertson is a certified senior human resource professional, strategic leader, and advocate for equity. As a “talent cultivator and change instigator,” she’s deeply interested in ensuring women make and take space as their own advocates.

Lucretia is the principal of Clarity Partnerships, a black-owned, women-led micro-consultancy firm that works with organizations desiring to elevate women’s visibility in leadership. She is the founder of Women Who Rise, a nonprofit dedicated to elevating women-powered leadership by providing women of color informal and formal leadership roles, access to positive mentorship, leadership development, board governance training, and tools for confident and resilient leadership. Lucretia is also a modern etiquette consultant and coach giving the tools and confidence needed to leverage modern etiquette with “culturally conscious consideration.”

Lucretia loves fried rice, banana pancakes, police procedurals, coffee, and a sunny day above 75 degrees. She is mom to two intelligent and outspoken daughters who will one day use their voices to cultivate belonging and to instigate change where needed.

Jenni Waldron

Jenni Waldron is an author, speaker, pastor, and a leader. She’s never met a fantasy fiction novel she didn’t love, and you’d be hard pressed to out-imagine her.

Her love for learning led her to pursue and receive a Master of Divinity at Portland Seminary where she learned to value diverse voices on topics of faith and leadership. She is also the Chair of the Haselwood YMCA Advisory Council.

Jenni has a deep commitment to being a voice for hope everywhere she goes.
