Our community has been celebrating Kitsap’s young leaders since 2005. Leadership Kitsap took over the 20 Under 40 Awards program in 2019. With your support, we are thrilled to continue the tradition of identifying and celebrating these top leaders, sharing their stories, and celebrating their successes.
