Even before COVID-19, childcare was one of the greatest challenges for Kitsap’s working women. Now the pandemic and limited in-person schooling has exaggerated this challenge. Engage with other community leaders and hear from our panel of women leaders. How can we support one another during this time of increased responsibilities? Let’s share ideas and resources to lift up Kitsap’s working women!

PANELISTS:
• Monica Blackwood, CEO West Sound Workforce
• Cynthia Savini, Director of Family Programs Division at United Indians of All Tribes Foundation

Moderated by Sarah Chamberlin, Executive Director St. Michael Medical Center Foundation

Women’s leadership is more important now than ever. We have this great opportunity to connect, lift each other up, share resources and opportunities, and tackle the many pressing issues important to our community and to our community of women. Leadership Kitsap is excited to host these conversations.

Please share this opportunity with your women co-workers.
