January 30, 2020 Leadership Kitsap will host the popular 20 Under 40 Awards Program that has celebrated Kitsap Peninsula exceptional young business leaders under the age of 40 since 2005. The program originated under the Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal (KPBJ) with Dee and Lary Copolla as 40 Under 40. The Kitsap Sun inherited the program when the paper acquired KPBJ in 2014 and it became known as 20 Under 40. The program took a break in 2018 and 2019. Partnering with KPBJ and Editor David Nelson, Leadership Kitsap is excited to renew this important program recognizing of our community’s leaders.
We received 90 nominations. 68 applications were submitted. Our independent panel of judges narrowed the field down to 20. Please congratulation our honorees:
