Leadership Kitsap’s Premier Institute (LKPI) develops and inspires informed leaders.

A one-stop shop for supervisory, management, and executive-level leadership training and educational resources available to public, private and nonprofit organizations. Leadership Kitsap hosts partnership courses including workshops, seminars, peer coaching groups, and more engaging highly vetted companies and facilitators that focus on the unique characteristics and needs of Kitsap County and the surrounding region.

The Premier Institute endorses local facilitators and organizations through a thoughtful consideration process to take the guess work out of hiring outside leadership development professionals.

The Premier Institute course offerings taught by local, world-class instructors who understand the needs of our Greater Kitsap Community and provide these courses for the benefit of our fellow Kitsap businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. We will do the work to vet and organize a wide range of trainings and resources to help maximize the return on training budgets of all types of organizations by providing a list of these local trainings and resources on our website each year with the goal of keeping them affordable and accessible, regardless of training budgets.
