Leadership Kitsap empowers community leaders to be educated, prepared, and engaged.

We were founded in 1993 by the Kitsap Chambers of Commerce and the United Way of Kitsap County. In our 30+ years as an integral part of Kitsap, we have graduated 716 community leaders and facilitated 125 service projects.

Through a variety of events and development programs, we ensure all leaders in all industries across the county have the tools they need to continue making an impact.
