The Marketing and Media Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing the mission to serve community leaders. They manage multiple tasks and people simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where excellence is highly valued. Coordinating all marketing and media activities, this person reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with all Leadership Kitsap (LK) teams and members. The Marketing and Media Coordinator also oversees a small, dedicated team to promote and enhance the branding and storytelling of LK community events and programs. The position’s primary objective is to increase measurable demand for services through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate loves staying five steps ahead, is driven by effective time management, has a passion for community-building, and aims for maximum efficiency.
