Leadership Kitsap’s 20 Under 40 Awards Program seeks to identify and celebrate exceptional business leaders under the age of 40 who are dynamic trailblazers in the Kitsap community. We want to share their stories and celebrate their successes, bringing these individuals together to grow into a powerful network of young leaders who can then leverage that network to make even more great contributions to our region’s economy and civic dialog.

Purchase an advertisement to congratulate a honoree and/or promote your business (or whatever you want!).
Ask our designer to create one for you for an additional $100.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Kitsap Conference Center Chefs will provide an inclusive plate of vegan heavy hors d’oeuvres accompanied by a shareable plate of something for our carnivores this evening. Contact us at info@leadershipkitsap.org if you or someone in your party requires additional information prior to the event.
Can I Pay with a Check?
For sponsorships and table purchases, you may pay with a check. Just contact us at info@leadershipkitsap.org and/or (360) 782-1058 to set it up.
What if this event is outside my budget?
Leadership Kitsap Foundation is committed to inclusivity and equitable opportunity. NOMINATE
Identify business leaders under the age of 40 (as of January 30th of the current award year) who are making an impact in business, philanthropy and/or in their local Kitsap County communities. Nominees should be top leaders in their organization or industry and demonstrate their commitment to the Kitsap community. Nominees must be 39 years or younger as of the awards ceremony date of the current award year to qualify.
The nomination period has now ended.

Nominees will be notified via email through Leadership Kitsap Foundation staff, congratulating them on their nomination and inviting them to apply with a special, invite-only link. While we keep nominations anonymous on our end, you are encouraged to tell people you nominated them for this prestigious award, and to look out for our email invite!
Honorees will attend a VIP social (January 3, 2024), receive recognition at the 20 Under 40 Awards ceremony (January 25, 2024), and be featured in the Kitsap Sun, Leadership Kitsap social media, and the Westsound Business Journal.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidate Profiles are available to those who have been nominated by someone using the form above (only available during the nomination period). Each nominee will receive a personal invitation to fill out their candidate profile via email from a staff member of the Leadership Kitsap Foundation. They will need a password or direct link to access the form.
Nominees, this is an opportunity to share your unique contribution to the Kitsap community. Share your story. People may know one facet of your involvement, but we want to share with the judges everything you’re involved in. We need your help to do that adequately.

Nominees will need to complete their 20 Under 40 Awards Candidate Profile by Thursday November 30, 2023. This is a firm deadline. No applications will be accepted after this date. Applications will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges. The final 20 Under 40 Honorees will be selected and notified by January 1st.
